Overview: Wound Center - Moline, Illinois RN Inpatient Full Time - 0.8 FTE Day Shift - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **$10,000 Sign-On Bonus** Responsibilities: * Provides case management to a group of patients providing specific assessments according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skill, treatments and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management, and acts as patient advocate in delivery and coordination of patient care. * Prepare patient and assist provider with examination, treatment and minor surgical procedures. * Assists in the delivery of healthcare services and patient care management. * Responsible for obtaining medical histories, wound assessment and treatments, collection and preparation of specimens. * Responsible for medication delivery, scheduling tests, answering telephone inquiries, providing patient education, and performing other duties as requested by physician/provider. * Collaborates with other health care providers, wound care center Physicians, Program Director and Medical Director, regarding clinic and patient needs. Qualifications: Education: * Diploma from an RN Program License(s)/Certification(s): * Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa. * Must apply within 90 days for Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois. * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or TNS required to completed within one year of hire date. #RNpositionsQC *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
