Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. * For each assigned patient the nurse prepares an individualized nursing assessment, using professional judgement to seek pertinent data utilizing interviews and observation techniques.
* Performs assessment on pediatric and geriatric patients taking into consideration the physiological and anatomical differences specific to each age group.
* Assumes responsibility for guiding other clinical nurses through comprehensive assessment process.
* Identifies specific patient problems, determines their common interrelationships, and establishes priorities for plan of care.
* Observes, identifies and collects data to identify nursing care needs of the patients.
* Plans for direct care and collaboration with other clinical nurses in care planning process.

Qualifications:

Required

* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* Registered Nurse: CA RN License
* Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days 
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days 
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days 

Preferred

* Wound Care Certified
