Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse with VNA Health at Home Hospice, you'll provide the best quality of life possible, through physical, spiritual, and emotional support that respects the patient's wishes and ensures peace. Hospice care services are available to patients and their loved ones 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our professional, dedicated staff is specially trained to work with hospice patients and family members to provide the critical, around the clock care they may need.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
* Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families.
* Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
* Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.
* At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred). Two years of hospital / hospice / homecare RN nursing experience preferred.
* Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
* CPR/BLS certification
* Valid driver's license
