One California Responsibilities: Position Summary: The Home Health RN provides and/or supervises skilled nursing care services to patients in the home as directed by physicians. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Current CA RN license. * Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance. * BLS certification (through the AHA) * One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting. * Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency. * Demonstrated experience working with Oasis "C" data set. * Will consider training if no qualified applicants apply. * AA degree in Nursing Preferred Qualifications: * We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and
