Qualifications: **This is a PRN Position** Responsibilities: * Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient's needs. * Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. * Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers. * Provide education and support to patients and their families. * Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards. * Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.
