Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse assigned to the Critical Care/Emergency dept (High Acuity) Float Pool receives $7.50/hour float pool premium.

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the High Acuity Float Pool is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for providing direct patient care to a diverse patient population across various high-acuity units within the hospital/healthcare system. This role requires adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to quickly integrate into new environments and patient care teams. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while adhering to established policies, procedures, and standards of care. The High Acuity Float Pool RN will primarily be assigned to units such as CCU, Emergency Department, and other specialized units requiring advanced nursing skills.

Qualifications:
We require:
- Current WA State RN license is required.
- CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
- Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Preferred Qualifications: ACLS preferred.
ED/ICU experience preferred
