The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

This night-shift Registered Nurse (RN) in North Colorado Region assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. As a Float RN, you will optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. As an RN team member with Mercy Hospital, you will be joining a team of nurses who demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Nursing Unit Type/Specialty Areas:
* Medical Surgical
* Critical Care
* ED
Enterprise Pool 2:
* Full and Part Time schedules available
* Night shift available
* Base rate + $6.75/hr pool differential + Eligible for evening $2.75/hr, night $5.75/hr, and weekend $2.00 differentials (stackable)
* Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel all hospitals assigned within that zone.
* Hospital facilities included in the Regional Zone: St. Anthony Hospital (Lakewood), St. Anthony North (Westminster), Ortho Colorado (Lakewood), and Longmont United (Longmont).
* 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
* Schedule hours that fit your needs and work/life balance including partial shifts

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
* Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. * Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
* BLS from the American Heart Association required
* Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
