Overview: The Woodlands Hospital a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties. Clinical services include cardiovascular services, diagnostic imaging, women's services (digital mammography and bone density studies), neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) and surgery, pathology and pulmonary services, and sleep disorders. Clinical affiliations include The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center's Radiation Treatment Center, and Texas Children's Hospital. In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Our nurses wear many hats daily from patient advocate to family advisor and, in some cases, even friend. Endoscopy Unit Nurse Role: * Patience and focus to constantly monitor procedures * Monitor sedation and assist physician with procedures * Comprehensive observation & education skills * Passion for excellence in delivering quality care Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Two or more years experience as an RN Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas BLS with skills demonstration Preferred Qualifications: Endoscopy experience or perioperative expereince desired Bachelors in Nursing Preferred
