Overview: ED - Rock Island and Moline, IL RN Emergency FTE/Shifts Available: * Part Time (0.3 FTE): * Mid-Shift - 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM * Part Time (0.6 FTE): * Nights - 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM * Full Time (0.9 FTE): * Weekend (Friday - Sunday) Days - 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM * Weekend (Friday - Sunday) Mid-Shift - 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM * Mid-Shift - 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM * Mid-Shift - 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM * Mid Shift - 3:00 PM - 3:00AM * Nights - 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM **Shift & Weekend Differential Available!** ** $10,000.00 New Hire Sign On Bonus for positions 0.8 FTE or higher! ** ** Weekend package 1.5x! ** Responsibilities: * Quickly assess patients upon arrival to determine the severity of patients' condition, prioritizing care based on urgency. This includes monitoring vital signs, documenting symptoms, and initiating approptriate treatment protocols. * Provide immediate care and treatment to patients experiencing acute medical conditions such as trauma, heart attacks, or respiratory distress. This may include administering medications, starting IVs, wound care, and preparing patients for surgery or transfer. * Work closely with docotors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination during emrgency situations. Qualifications: Education: * Diploma from an RN Program License(s)/Certification(s): * Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. * Must apply within 90 days for Registered Nurse licensure in secondary state. * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or TNS required to completed within one year of hire date. #RNpositionsQC *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
