Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work in a team. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families.

Emergency Department Nursing Expectations

*  Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity patients active ED
*  Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations 
*  Medication administration
*  Emergency triage and assessment skills
*  Passion for excellence in delivering quality care

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

*  Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.   
*  One (1) or more years of nursing experience
*  Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
*  Basic Life Support (BLS)(AHA) with skills demonstration
* ACLS with skills demonstration

Preferred Skills:   

*  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
*  One (1) or more years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred
