RN Coordinator Transplant

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Serves as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary transplant team through the coordination of patients and potential patients for transplantation. Acts as the primary contact for patients, physicians, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other Infirmary Health (IH) team members for the transplant program.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Associate Degree in Nursing

* Working knowledge of transplant programs and processes

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

BLS

One of the following:

* Current Alabama RN license
* Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama
