Responsibilities:
Assesses patients for admission to Acute Rehab Unit (ARU). Educates healthcare workers regarding medical necessity documentation and functional improvement measures. Submits accurate reports per regulation within defined timeframes.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* One year experience with Functional Improvement Measure (FIM) assessment preferred.
* Minimal education as required for licensure.
* Current Basic Cardiac Life Support.
* Current California license as a RN
