Responsibilities:

Position Summary:  

Do you love the heart? Our 34 bed cardiac telemetry unit specializes in what makes us beat- everything cardiac! This cardiac telemetry unit specializes in cardiac
conditions, post cardiac intervention treatment and post stroke care. Do you enjoy putting together the pathophysiology with the pharmacology? This dynamic team

Qualifications:

Minimum:

* Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license with the state of California. 
* Must possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
* Must posses and maintain a current Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate or obtain one within 6 months of hire.
* Must be able to take call float to other areas and work on weekends as required.

Prefered: 

* Basic EKG certificate.
* Bilingual.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire.  This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
