Join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, where you'll build meaningful relationships with patients and help them reclaim their health, confidence, and quality of life. Why Cardiac Rehab? The primary goal of cardiac rehabilitation is to help patients achieve optimal physical, psychological, and social well‑being through personalized exercise training, education, and risk‑factor management. Patients attend 2-3 times per week for 4-6 weeks, giving you the time and continuity to impact lives in a truly lasting way. Educate, motivate, and empower patients as they recover and thrive. Schedule & Perks * Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM; occasional 6:45am-3:15pm shifts * No holidays - our department is closed * Some weekend inpatient shifts may be required * Maximum of 1 weekend every 8 weeks * $5,000 Sign on Bonus for full time offers Curious About the Specialty?
