We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Heart & Vascular Institute - Mooresville team. The RN serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and clinical judgment-paired with empathy and compassion-to guide patients along their health journey. This role requires accountability, critical thinking, and a dedication to delivering care aligned with Novant Health's mission and values.
