What You'll Do: Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with acute medical needs. Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized care plans that support recovery. Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments with precision and adherence to best practices. Monitor patient conditions, responding proactively to changes and adjusting care plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery strategies and long-term health management. Location: This position is based at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, IL, part of Memorial Health's network of care. Qualifications: Who We're Looking For: A dedicated nurse who thrives in an acute care setting, demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and prioritizes patient-centered care. Education, Licensures & Certifications: * Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required * BSN preferred * Licensed RN in Illinois * CPR certification required or must be completed during onboarding Experience: * New graduates and experienced RNs welcome * 2-3 years of acute care experience preferred
