Responsibilities: Reports to: Restaurant Manager Primary Purpose: Supervise operation of dining area and seat guests. Repsonsibilities: * Greets guests upon arrival and determines appropriate seating location including special requests. * Maintains the computerized guest reservation system. * Monitors daily operation and adjusts staff as necessary. * Solicits feed back from customers on service and food. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in similar food service environment.
