Responsibilities: Join Keysight Technologies' Communications Solutions Group (CSG) as a Software Engineering Intern and contribute to the development of the Keysight AI Data Center Builder - a leading solution for validating the performance and scalability of AI and data center networks. In this project, you will be exposed to the following: * The latest development in networking technologies and high-performance networking stacks * Data Center fabric, programmable switches, smartNics/DPUs * A wide variety of industry standard tools and application development cycle * Work in a high performant development team environment and able to deliver solutions to complex problems in time and with high quality solutions Responsibilities * In this role, the candidate will: * Learn/expand their knowledge about data centers networking * Work on a project on multiple levels from ASIC programming to public API server * Design low level features programming the ASIC, providing the right ASIC independent abstraction API to higher levels Qualifications: Ideal candidates for this position would possess the following attributes: * Master or PhD degree in Data Center space (Networking, Security) or Computer Engineering * Candidate must have hands on experience with programming switch ASICs * Programming experience in C, C++, Python * Experience with Kubernetes, building services and debugging in Kubernetes environment * Familiarity with CI/CD and Git or other version control systems * Familiarity with gRPC, protobuf (nice to have) * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Strong communication skills. California Pay Range: MIN $40.32 MAX $53.67 Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above. Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region. Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in a accredited college/university as of September 2026. Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to a MS or PHD program after graduating.
