Business Environment DP COE (Digital & Photonics Center of Excellence), being part of Keysight Technologies has the worldwide responsibility for developing, manufacturing and marketing a portfolio of Oscilloscopes, Bit Error Ratio Test (BERT), Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG), Digitizers, Photonics and Logic and Protocol solutions (instruments and software) which provide fast, extensive insight and enable engineering teams to do their job faster, with higher quality. Responsibilities: Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D Project Manager to lead our innovative team in developing cutting-edge software for Arbitary waveform generators. As the R&D Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Arbitary waveform generator Software baseline, ensuring timely and successful completion. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and meet project goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of DSP/SI/C++/C#, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex R&D projects. The candidate will work closely with teams in Germany and US and coordinate with partners who provide R&D resources necessary for executing the project. Experience: Proven track record in project management from concept phase to ship release. Proven organisation leadership, program, and people management skills to drive change and influence teams and partners towards higher levels of execution, return, and productivity. Solid experience managing a high-performance engineering team in development programs, including: Experience in resource planning, task assignment, and completion tracking. Experience with managing and reporting project budgets and schedules. Experience in communicating program status and progress to customer/partner teams and instilling customer confidence. Ability to multi-task and to formally track details, issues, and risks over multiple projects. Proven ability to lead and motivate professionals to meet challenging objectives and timelines, including active performance management when required. Candidate should possess a solid understanding of C++/C#/WPF programming languages. Strong background in RF & digital X-fctl. team management (planning, product management, manufacturing, ) and PLC knowledge Experience working with contractors and vendors is a definite plus
