Responsibilities: Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Software R&D Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team developing both desktop and web-based applications for our industry-leading data and IP management product line. This role combines technical leadership with Agile project management, requiring deep expertise in software development and team execution. Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team. * Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. * Drive technical execution and innovation across desktop and web platforms. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and delivery timelines. * Oversee continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ensure code quality through automated testing. * Facilitate cross-team communication and resolve blockers. Qualifications: Qualifications * 10+ years of software development experience. * 2+ years managing software development teams. * Proficiency in C++, Tcl/Tk, Python/Django, Angular. * Experience with PostgreSQL performance tuning and advanced querying. * Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and design patterns. * Skilled in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master practices. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
