Responsibilities:
* Participates actively in new product introduction, including influencing the design of the microcircuit to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, enabling prototyping while in the R&D lab, testing the reliability of prototypes and managing the transition into production.
* As the R&D engineer you will be actively involved in new product introduction processes, including insuring manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain.
* You will prototype, test the reliability and conformance to required specifications, and manage the transition of new designs into production.
* Design, develop, implement and transfer mmWave products and manufacturing test processes into production.
* Work closely with designers to ensure manufacturability and high yields of mmWave module production.
* Develop new test methodologies leveraging current and using latest techniques to reduce measurement uncertainty and increase throughput.
* Insure DFx by working closely with R&D team during all phases of the project.
* Create and document the test system block diagram, the test system and ETs (electronic tools) for mmWave production.
* Evaluate / set production line specs based on statistical data analysis. Correlate and get agreement with T&M partners.
* Document Test Support Documents (TSDs) for all created microcircuit tests
Qualifications:
* BSEE with emphasis in RF/Microwave/Analog theory and applications; Master's degree preferable.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
* Strong knowledge of Analog, RF and Microwave circuits testing.
* Fundamental understanding of Oscilloscope, Network and Spectrum analyzer measurements.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and follow-thru.
