Parametric testers are widely used by many semiconductor companies for process control monitoring in semiconductor manufacturing processes and wafer acceptance testing. Our market share in this area is very high, with almost all major foundries using Keysight's parametric testers. In the research and development department, we engage in a wide range of development activities, from hardware and software development for electrical measurements to system integration. Responsibilities: * 製品で必要となるアプリケーションソフトウェアおよび/またはファームウェアの設計、開発、テスト、およびデバッグ * プログラム可能な製品およびシステムの操作および制御に必要なソフトウェアプログラム、製品、およびツールの設計、開発、テスト、およびデバッグ * 顧客要求および製品要求からの製品定義の作成 * 製品出荷および製品サポートのための専用プログラムの作成 * 機器を調整および校正するためのアルゴリズムの開発 * 製品が仕様、機能、および性能要件を満たしていることを確認するためのテスト計画の設計および実行 * 技術進歩に関する業界の動向の調査と適切な技術の活用 * WTS製品およびソリューションの研究開発 * Designing, developing, testing, and debugging application software and/or firmware required for products * Designing, developing, testing, and debugging software programs, products, and tools required for the operation and control of programmable products and systems * Creating product definitions from customer and product requirements * Creating dedicated programs for product shipment and product support * Developing algorithms to align and calibrate equipment * Designing and executing test plans to ensure products meet specifications, functionalities, and performance requirements * Investigating industry trends related to technological advancements and leveraging appropriate technology * Research and development for WTS products and solutions Qualifications: * 工学または同等の学士号または修士号 * 8+ 年の関連する実務経験 * Linux上でのC及びC++でのプログラミングスキル * 日本語のネイティブレベルの能力および英語のプロフェッショナルレベルの能力 * 八王子サイトへの転居/出張が可能 * Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree in Engineering or equivalent * 8+ years relevant working experience * Programming skill in C and C++ on Linux * Native Japanese language proficiency and Professional English language proficiency * Able to relocate/travel to Hachioji site Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
