Job Summary:

The Quality manager ensures that Software and AI Labs products are of the highest quality, in alignment with national, regional, and global regulations, company policies and business objectives. The Quality Manager oversees that product development adheres to the product life cycle, facilitating audits and corrective actions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Business Management Systems (BMS). This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement programs and processes for Software and AI Labs to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Ensure all phases of the product life cycle adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Direct quality and regulatory activities and execute key strategic programs.
* Act as a change agent to establish a customer-centered culture and ensure accurate and current quality management system procedures.
* Translate quality requirements into practical plans and coach leaders and individual contributors.
* Lead internal and external audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and implementing best practices.
* Ensure adherence to business management processes, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct detailed inspections of product development and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet quality and security objectives.

Qualifications:

* Education: Master's degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Manager, preferably in a company that produces test and measurement software products. Experience managing engineering product development following an Agile product life cycle.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, diligence, and the ability to lead and manage a team. Excellent communication and people skills.
* Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Familiarity with software quality assurance practices is highly desirable.

This position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls. You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Colorado pay range: MIN $151,800- MAX $253,000

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
