Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality standards, systems, and control processes to ensure consistent product and operational excellence. * Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet defined quality specifications and industry standards. * Partner with operations teams to implement effective quality controls and drive continuous process improvements. * Ensure workflows, manufacturing processes, and products comply with applicable safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. * Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, performing root-cause analysis to identify underlying factors. * Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns and improve overall performance. * Review technical specifications and process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with quality standards. * Ensure products and processes consistently meet organizational, customer, and regulatory expectations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. * No prior work experience required; open to fresh graduates who completed their studies within the last 18 months. * Relevant internship or industrial training in manufacturing or quality is an advantage.
