Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. * Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care Responsibilities: * Assists the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program. * Collects and presents for quality, environment, infection control, quality control and risk management. * Assists as directed in quality meetings and teams and help prepare agenda items for required meetings. * Assists with implementation of hospital quality plan, survey readiness, and root cause analysis. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license. Preferred qualifications * 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred. * Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness). * Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred. *Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*
