Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance and control processes within the company, specifically focusing on service delivery. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system to ensure all services meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Establish and maintain a quality management system (QMS) that complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements for service delivery.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all services meet quality standards before being delivered to the customer.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Compliance and Auditing: Conduct internal audits and manage external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001-2015).
* Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
* Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and processes related to service delivery.
* Customer Interaction: Interface with our internal customers, addressing customer complaints and working with relevant departments to resolve quality issues in service delivery.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain quality documentation and prepare reports for senior management.
