QA Tester

				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a QA Tester to work in a Hybrid capacity in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

* Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

* Contribute to the development and improvement of continuous integration and testing pipelines.

* Report, track, and verify defects using issue tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

* Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.

* Participate in code reviews and contribute to test framework improvements.

* Ensure that automation testing adheres to industry best practices and internal standards.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience in test automation.

* Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or TestNG.

* Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

* Experience with version control systems such as Git.

* Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

* Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
