Responsibilities:

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a Pulmonology and Critical Care (Pulm/CC) Physician to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, physician-led group focused on clinical excellence and community impact.

Opportunity Highlights

* Full-time position blending outpatient pulmonology and ICU critical care
* Treat a wide range of pulmonary conditions including COPD, ILD, and sleep disorders
* Work alongside a team of dedicated pulmonologists

What We Offer

* Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance

* Salary Range: $426,775 annually + productivity incentives
* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40k
* Relocation Assistance: Up to $20k

Qualifications:

* MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
* California medical license (or ability to obtain)
* Passion for building programs and leading with clinical excellence
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-based, patient-focused environment
