Responsibilities:

CHI Health-Creighton University School of Medicine is actively seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care physician to enhance our team in Omaha, Nebraska.  This role is perfect for a physician passionate about delivering patient care and teaching multiple levels of learners at our academic medical center. 

Clinical Opportunity highlights:

* Provide Inpatient/Outpatient Pulmonary Critical Care services to our Omaha network hospitals including Creighton University Bergan-Mercy Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma tertiary medical center with 24-hour in-house hospitalist coverage and robust surgical services.
* Exciting opportunity to work with a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians in an academic medical facility. Regional and national collaboration to advance evidence-based practices
* System with an extensive, established primary care network of 250+ providers
* Full spectrum ICU services including ECMO program and eICU services
* Collegial department and excellent work-life balance
* Interventional Pulmonary Service with Robotic Navigational Bronchoscopy and full spectrum of airway and pleural interventions 
* Accredited Sleep Lab
* Teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
* Fellowship program for Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine with plan for Sleep Medicine fellowship in 2026
* Academic appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine, rank commensurate with level of experience

Qualifications:

* American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
* A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
