Responsibilities:

Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a Pulmonology and Critical Care (Pulm/CC) Physician to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, physician-led group focused on clinical excellence and community impact.

Opportunity Highlights

* Full-time position blending outpatient pulmonology and ICU critical care
* Treat a wide range of pulmonary conditions including COPD, ILD, and sleep disorders
* Work alongside a team of dedicated pulmonologists
* Participate in quality improvement and clinical education initiatives
* Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, oncology, internal medicine, and more

Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary: $415-450k annually 
* Productivity-based bonus potential
* Sign-on Bonus up to 60k
* Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Qualifications:

* MD or DO
* Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
* California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
* Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
