Overview: Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Psychologist to join our team at Northwest Florida Reception Center located in Chipley, Florida. This site qualifies for NHSC Loan Repayment and has a qualifing score of 21! Responsibilities: The Psychologist provides psychological leadership, consultation and direct services for patients in an assigned facility. The Psychologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in providing assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders of patients. Qualifications: * Doctoral level degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited US or PR educational institution required * Provisional Psychologist welcome - supervision available * Active psychologist license (PsyD or PhD) to practice in the state of Florida required * Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification * Prior behavioral/mental health experience in a correctional and/or mental health services environment * Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
