Overview: CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more. Responsibilities: * Functions as a mentor and coach. * Assists with preparation of unit schedules. * Establishes daily work plans for team of employees. * Schedules staff for attendance at and completion of mandatory education. * Assists in communicating a shared vision, mission and values within the department. * Facilitates ongoing problem solving that utilizes Department PI to achieve desired quality outcomes. Qualifications: * Graduate of a RN nursing program * Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska or Iowa, license must be in the state of your residence * Basic Life Support is required upon hire * Bachelor degree in nursing preferred * Three years of supervisory experience preferred
