Overview: Job Description The Provisioning Specialist 1 is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer. Responsibilities * Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition * Fulfill license requests from various internal departments * Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy * Assist with other team member assignments. * Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed * The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
