Overview: Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Protocol Specialist to support our Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program out of Langley AFB, VA. Shall provide protocol support to coordinate logistics for Intelligence Directorate events and meetings of high-ranking dignitaries; instructing and mentoring others on proper procedures for planning and executing official ceremonies and functions to ensure all organizational policies are implemented correctly. The Contractor shall provide administrative assistance and document all events in appropriate databases, be available to accompany visitors throughout the day, and maintain the proper dress code relevant to the event. A21- Staff Operations- Internally- focused Support Responsibilities: * Shall maintain the master calendar of all distinguished visitors providing weekly updates to ACC A2 leadership. * Lead collaboration efforts with Division leadership to build conference agendas, schedule of events, and logistics coordination. * Meet and greet, on behalf of A2, high ranking dignitaries upon arrival to ensure they are accorded all honors and courtesies due based on their rank or status. * Coordinate with ACC and Installation Protocol Offices any increases to security, media coverage, etc. related to distinguished visitors' requirements. * Assist in the planning and executing of official ceremonies (i.e., changes of command, promotions, retirement, and ribbon cutting ceremonies). * Provide guidance on the preparation of invitations, scripts, programs, speakers, guest lists, seating arrangements, and interfaces with project officers throughout the planning and execution of Intelligence Directorate protocol events. Qualifications: * Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required. * Minimum of 3 to 10 years' experience and a BA/BS degree or MA/MS degree required * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
