				Overview:

The Proposal Coordinator works with our marketing, estimating and construction operations teams to produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations to support the pursuit of new work opportunities. The proposal coordinator works with internal and external marketing materials, and manages the project, personnel and corporate information used to support these efforts.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

The Proposal Coordinator will work with all members of our team with focus on:

* Developing qualifications, proposals and presentations at the direction of the Proposal Manager leading each effort and in accordance with client requests for qualifications (RFQs) and requests for proposals (RFP)
* Leading the organized collection, vetting, storage and maintenance of marketing information (such as personnel resumes, headshots, project information, project photography, etc.)
* Coordinating the development of general marketing collateral at the direction of the regional marketing and proposal manager and in coordination with the graphic artist (such as brochures, client presentations, tradeshow materials, etc.)
* Assisting in editing, assembling, and filing qualifications, proposals and presentations
* Collecting and entering information into our project database.

We're Looking For:

* Minimum 3 years of prior marketing experience in construction and/or engineering industry in similar capacity
* Four-year business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction and/or engineering industry with a similar high-volume environment
* Proficient in Adobe CC (specifically InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience with design-build and alternate project delivery method proposals
* Experience with technical writing in an engineering environment desired
* Strong skills in time management, organizing, proofreading, writing and editing
* Ability to plan, multi-task, track progress toward deliverables, and meet tight deadlines
* Organizing meetings, supporting meeting facilitation and note taking
* Experience in proposal planning and coordination desired
* Experience in document layout and production experience desired
* Familiarity with data management systems such as Salesforce and Cosential is desired
* Presentation development and preparation skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with others.

* A willingness to learn 

Good to know

This job is performed in the office and requires frequent sitting (often working on a computer). You must be able to navigate jobsites and are expected to comply with all safety regulations. Work days are Monday through Friday (eight-hour shift). However, as a highly deadline-driven and fast-paced environment, there will be projects and pursuits that may require time above and beyond the typical work schedule (after hours and weekends). While there may be occasional opportunities to expand on additional marketing skills, the primary focus of this role is not social media, video editing, website design, advertising or digital marketing campaigns.
