Properties and Facilities division are working in partnership with a high profile real estate firm, looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager. A Vancouver based Real Estate group who own and manage a large portfolio of residential and commercial property are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team as their business continues to expand. The opportunity would be ideal for junior to intermediate Property Manager who is looking to join a company with clear growth and development potential. Managing an expanding Commercial portfolio made up of Office, Retail and Industrial properties across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland you will also be heavily involved in tenant improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Manage the day to day operations of a large commercial portfolio; Implement best practice when managing building and tenant issues; Produce quarterly reports and annual budgets for landlords review; Oversee tenant improvements, maintenance, and repair projects; Perform deficiency checks of new buildings. To be considered for the position you must have background in commercial real estate as either a Property Manager or Administrator. Experience coordinating tenant improvement or construction projects would also be an asset.
