Overview: Sev1Tech is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our Army Tactical Network IPS team. Responsibilities include, though not limited to: * Performs a variety of property management duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan * Verify materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palleting materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods * Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment * Keeping accurate documentation related to inventory management, shipping/receiving action and any required hand receipt records * Work with commercial carriers to support material movement requirements * May operate hand, power trucks, and forklifts in the performance of warehouse duties * Possesses and applied expertise on multiple complex work assignments * Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks * Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems * Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable Responsibilities: * Must have a SECRET level clearance * Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience of a variety of property management duties that require an understanding of the Army property processes
