We are looking for a Project and QA Automation Manager who combines strong ownership of planning, execution, and cross‑team coordination with technical expertise in test automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on with automation while also driving delivery, priorities, and execution across a complex, multi‑geo environment. The project: Our goal is to benchmark AI/ML cluster fabrics using realistic workloads. These workloads typically require costly and time‑consuming investments in GPU‑based compute systems and RDMA networking. To address this, we are developing a product capable of emulating realistic collective communication, enabling both conformance and performance testing of AI/ML fabrics. The Team: * Part of a global organization, currently consisting of ~25 local team members * Working in an Agile environment with daily synchronization and close collaboration * Interacting directly with partners and end customers * Continuously designing new features while resolving customer issues and collaborating with adjacent teams Responsibilities: * Own planning, execution, and tracking of project deliverables * Coordinate work across QA, development, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery * Define priorities, milestones, and dependencies in alignment with product goals * Facilitate Agile, alignment meetings and action tracking in JIRA * Proactively identify risks, blockers, and quality gaps, driving mitigation plans to completion * Act as a key communication point between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders * Define, design, and evolve test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices * Develop and maintain automated test suites covering functional, integration, and performance scenarios * Ensure end‑to‑end product quality through systematic validation and regression testing * Investigate defects in the automation framework and product, perform root‑cause analysis, and ensure high‑quality bug reporting * Execute and coordinate integration, system and performance testing and analysis Qualifications: What you need: * Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in managing tasks, priorities, and dependencies across multiple workstreams * Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills * Must be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive, and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA Automation, with demonstrable hands‑on contributions * Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks * Experience with performance, scalability, or system‑level testing * Solid understanding of automation strategies (UI, API, system‑level testing) * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates * Good Linux knowledge for troubleshooting and debugging * Good understanding of networking concepts (L2-L7) * Good knowledge of Python programming Bonus skills (not mandatory but appreciated) * Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and API testing tools * Knowledge of AI/ML workloads or data‑center technologies * Experience with test‑driven development (TDD) * Ability to recognize design patterns and adapt testing strategies accordingly * Regression test management * Computer Science Degree (or similar) Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
