Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager to join our Municipal team in our Toledo, OH office!

Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparation of effective work plans and labor budgets for approval by supervisor.
* Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy client.
* Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.
* Negotiate with clients on any scope changes relative to project budgets and schedules subject to supervisor's approval.
* Ensure all project work is performed and completed in accordance with QA/QC standards, systems and procedures as designated for project.
* Review monthly labor and cost reports to ensure projects are being completed at the pre-established goal.
* Assist with mentoring junior staff in learning sound technical and business practices and enhancing corporate objectives.
* Assist with the preparation for public hearings, meetings, and any other presentations in relation to current projects.
* Work efficiently with the Billing Department to authorize and transmit bills to client. Follows up with clients for timely payments.
* May oversee the activities of assigned staff, including but not limited to timesheet review and approval, performance evaluation and daily supervision.
* Prepare production documents and conduct kickoff/team meetings.
* Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
* Interpret ordinances and regulations to determine project impact.
* Attend client meetings, bid openings, and construction meetings.
* Review cost estimates for alignment with client budgets and goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering is required.
* 8+ years of related engineering experience is required, preferably with municipal projects.
* Professional Engineer license is required.
* Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
* Ability to learn and apply technical skills and knowledge.
* Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
