				Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting NASA at the Goddard Space Center in Greenbelt, MD.

This position serves as the principal role responsible for facilitating and accelerating the circuit ordering and provisioning process under the GSA EIS contract, in close collaboration with the end user customer and the prime contractor. The current workflow involves excessive oversight, multiple stakeholder touchpoints, and process inefficiencies that hinder transformation and delay service delivery. The Project Manager will be tasked with addressing these challenges by streamlining coordination, eliminating bottlenecks, and improving engagement across NASA, our partner, and Local Exchange Carriers (LECs). The PM will work in conjunction with dedicated engineering resources to ensure technical requirements are clearly defined, provisioning plans are executable, and timelines remain on track.

The primary function of this role is to improve speed to market through enhanced stakeholder collaboration, clear data gathering, and disciplined execution. This includes preparing and managing circuit ordering packages, overseeing the provisioning process, and actively guiding the implementation effort through testing and circuit turn-up. Success will be measured by improvements in provisioning workflow efficiency, reductions in delivery timelines, and increased customer satisfaction.
