We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure and network-related projects across our enterprise. This role is responsible for the direction, coordination, execution, and completion of projects that support enterprise transformation and technology modernization goals. Projects may include network upgrades, server and storage deployments, data center migrations, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities:

How you will make an impact: 

* Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including network architecture upgrades, server virtualization, and cloud integration.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans and manage changes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of technical projects.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocations across multiple business units and technical teams.
* Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals to ensure secure and scalable infrastructure solutions.
* Oversee the implementation of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and wireless network solutions.
* Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive summaries, technical documentation, and risk assessments.
* Support continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
* Assist the Xanterra Incident Response Team as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in IT Project Management, including infrastructure or network-related projects.
* Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching).
* Experience managing projects involving server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders.

What will make you stand out:

* Experience in hospitality, lodging, cruise, or travel industries.
* Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.).
* Technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or Microsoft Azure Administrator.
* Experience with hybrid project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and blended approaches).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.

COMPENSATION:  The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00.
