Responsibilities:
Have you led complex Cloud or AI transformation projects end‑to‑end for enterprise clients and taken full accountability for delivery outcomes?
Do you enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery-turning Cloud and AI strategies into measurable results?
As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne Hong Kong, you will take the end-to-end ownership of delivering Cloud and AI transformation projects for enterprise clients. You are accountable for ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, milestones, budget and quality standards, while maintaining strong governance, transparency, and delivery discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
You will manage professional services engagements in accordance with the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE) and relevant customer delivery methodologies. Working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Executives (BDEs), Solution Architects and Technical Consultants, you will translate business and technical requirements into clear delivery plans and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud‑first and AI‑enabled solutions.
Project Delivery & Governance
* Own day‑to‑day execution of Cloud and AI transformation projects across Azure, AWS and Tencent Cloud
* Build and maintain detailed project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and action trackers
* Track progress against scope, timelines, milestones, budget and quality, escalating issues as required
* Apply delivery controls, governance checkpoints, and reporting in line with pmONE standards
Cloud & AI Delivery Execution
* Coordinate execution of cloud migration, platform modernization and AI / GenAI initiatives
* Work hands‑on with solution architects, cloud engineers, data and AI teams to unblock delivery issues
* Track task‑level dependencies across infrastructure, data, security and AI workstreams
* Ensure deliverables meet agreed technical, security, and compliance requirements
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
* Act as the main execution contact for clients, vendors, and partners
* Run project meetings, daily/weekly status reviews and follow‑ups on actions and dependencies
* Prepare and share concise status reports, highlighting progress, risks and required decisions
Risk, Dependency & Financial Tracking
* Maintain active ownership of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
* Track project effort, burn‑rate, and cost variances to support financially healthy delivery
* Support timely escalations with clear impact and mitigation options
Resource & Delivery Coordination
* Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across assigned project resources
* Ensure tasks are clearly defined, prioritized and progressing as planned
* Support smooth handover of deliverables between project phases and teams
Presales & Continuous Improvement
* Provide practical delivery input during presales and scoping (timelines, risks, dependencies)
* Capture lessons learned and contribute to PMO templates and delivery playbooks

Technical & Consulting Skills

* Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
* Solid understanding of Cloud project delivery on Azure, AWS and Tencent Cloud
* Exposure to AI, data, or GenAI initiatives is a strong advantage
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, CRM tools or similar delivery platforms
