Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.

* Uphold compliance with industry best practices, performance standards, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

* Oversee financial processes, proactively identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies in line with financial and risk management protocols.

* Take full ownership of contract management, risk assessment, project preparation, execution, and control to ensure successful outcomes.

* Showcase your expertise and take on progressively larger and more complex projects as you advance.

Qualifications:

* 2-5 years' experience in Project Management or Oversize/Over mass Operations (project preparation, quality, project structures, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance tracking and reporting, project execution, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations)

* Previous experience project managing complex, high-risk loads ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned with project timelines.

* English, fluent proficiency verbal and written

* Tertiary qualification preferred (ideally in Project Management or Engineering), or suitable operational experience

* experience in a similar role in the following sectors: Logistics, Mechanical or Civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, mining

* Strong understanding of heavy lift and transport logistics, equipment handling, and operational requirements

* Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success
