Overview: To support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering design projects related to the development, improvement, or industrialization of metal-mechanical products (e.g., refrigerators or components), ensuring compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, cost, and quality standards. Responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: * Participate in project planning: timeline, resources, and activity scheduling. * Support technical and administrative execution of engineering design tasks. * Provide follow-up on product development, from concept to validation. * Coordinate with internal departments (design, quality, manufacturing, procurement) to meet project objectives. * Assist in the implementation of engineering changes (ECO/ECN). * Document project progress and prepare regular status reports. * Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations. * Identify project risks and propose preventive or corrective actions. * Support product design and development projects (refrigerators & metal-mechanical components) * Prepare CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation * Participate in design reviews, prototyping, and validation processes * Track project progress and contribute to reports and presentations * Ensure technical compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2 to 4 years in engineering project support or design roles (internships, co-ops, or academic projects are acceptable). Technical Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of project management (PMI, SCRUM - desirable). * Use of project tracking tools (MS Project, Trello, or similar). * Basic knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes. * Mechanical drawing reading and interpretation. * Desirable: CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
