This region-wide Senior-level Physician Enterprise Project Coordinator operates autonomously to oversee a diverse array of strategic and operational projects within the Mountain Region Physician Enterprise. These initiatives are characterized by moderate to high complexity, risk, and visibility, all aligned with the region's Physician Enterprise strategic plan. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in driving excellence across both the medical group and non-medical group employed clinics, focusing on enhancing process improvement through the application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, Kotter's Change Management Tools, Rapid Decision-Making Processes, and high reliability standard work.

As a crucial resource, the Senior Project Coordinator leads and manages initiatives that not only enhance clinical and business process operations but also support growth initiatives. This role involves facilitating coordination with regional and national resources, including clinic design, real estate, project development teams, acquisition teams and finance. By integrating these resources, the coordinator bolsters efforts across various managed markets and collaborates effectively with national stakeholders within the Physician Enterprise to achieve the region's prioritized growth and Physician Enterprise goals.

The Senior Project Coordinator possesses advanced knowledge and experience of project management fundamentals. This advanced knowledge and experience allows the Senior Project Coordinator to organize all end-to-end aspects of a project, even with elevated levels of initial ambiguity/uncertainty. The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for project documentation, updates, tracking and progress reports through all project phases until delivery/ sign off. The Senior Project Coordinator has innovative and conceptual thinking capabilities. They seamlessly interfaces with all internal/external project stakeholders and PE executive sponsors. The Senior Project Coordinator is results driven and through advanced utilization of project management knowledge areas and experience, complex projects are delivered within scope and on time. Through effective collaboration and coordination and communication, the Senior Project Coordinator drives mountain region Physician Enterprise strategic initiatives that enhance operational processes and support the overall growth of the mountain region.

This role will have a hybrid schedule, working a combination of in-office and remotely.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Project management, Healthcare, Information Management or related field, required.
* 5 years of experience in formal project management, required. 

* 5 years of experience in healthcare, PMO, information technology or project related industry, preferred.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience, required
* Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred
* Change Management Certification, preferred

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
