The Advanced Manufacturing Construction Controls Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects within our advanced manufacturing facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, construction management principles, and control systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: * Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of construction projects related to advanced manufacturing facilities. * Controls Development: Establish and implement construction controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. * Performance Monitoring: Track project performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards. * Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on advanced manufacturing environments. * Strong understanding of construction controls and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile). * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Candidate must possess Suffolk's Core Values: Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring
