Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). Responsibilities: * Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control review * Tracking, processing, organizing and creation of various documents, including but not limited to shipping documents and invoices * Device Managment related tasks (e.g. spreadsheet updates, inventory updates, inventory logging, inventory management, reporting, correspondence with study teams, etc.) * Assist with configuration and programming of MCL devices (ABPM, ECG machines) * Assist with packaging and shipment of devices (domestic and international shipments) * Assist with device returns and site close outs * Organization of device inventory Qualifications: * High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in respective field/area; * Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook; * Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures for completing work tasks timely; * Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties; * Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines and ability to multi-task; * Demonstrated initiative and ability to suggest solutions to problems. * Ability to lift 50 pounds No travel
