Overview: At CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs, patients are at the heart of our care. Our campus is designed to heal the body, mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable, less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services include a new pavilion featuring enhancements in heart and vascular care, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities: Sign on bonus: $2,500 * Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals * Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient * Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program Qualifications: * Master's Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work * Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP * BLS (Basic Life Support) required
