Program/Project/Management Analyst

				Overview:

Bowhead seeks a Program/Project/Management Analyst to support the PMA 261 program.

Responsibilities:

*  Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. 

*  Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. 

*  Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. 

*  Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 

*  Tracks program/project status and schedules. 

*  Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Qualifications:

*  MA/MS degree

*  Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description  

*  At least 5 years demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management of aircraft retrofits and modifications

*  Advanced level proficiency/understanding of DoD contracts, Integrated Master Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and business case analysis/development

*  Proven demonstrated experience with managing, reviewing, tracking Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Technical Directives (TDs), and other Program documentation associated with modification and retrofit of Fleet aircraft

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement at this location.

Physical Demands:

*  Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

*  Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

*  Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
