Responsibilities:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for empowering our Dish Smart Home Services sales force by managing and curating content, leveraging technology, and overseeing key membership programs and pricing strategies. You will be a key player in optimizing sales performance and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Strategy & Curation: Partner with the Dish Digital Center of Excellence and Media & Communications teams to develop and maintain sales-focused content for both technicians and customers
* Technology & Tools: Identify, implement, and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness
* Data & Analytics: Use strong analytical skills and data visualization tools like Tableau to translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic decisions
* Cross-Functional: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure sales enablement initiatives align with overall business objectives
* Program & Pricing Management: Lead the success of OnTech and Dish membership programs by working with vendors and sales teams. Partner with finance and business development to establish competitive and profitable pricing for our programs
* Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of sales programs and continuously refine strategies for improvement
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
